Our I-PRAC Certification

We were the first letting agency in Peterborough to obtain the globally recognised International Property Rental Approval Certification (I-PRAC). I-PRAC is a global verification and membership platform that certifies professional short-term rental agencies and property owners. The I-PRAC logo, which we are proud to be able to use, is your guarantee that we adhere to industry best practice and the very highest standards of professionalism, customer service and quality.


I-PRAC offers a rental fraud guarantee on bookings made with an I-PRAC member. Once a booking is made with us, simply register your booking through the I-PRAC website by clicking HERE. In the unlikely event of rental fraud, I-PRAC will reimburse 100% of your accommodation payment.

Health and Safety Measures

The safety and well-being of our staff and guests has always been our primary concern. This is more important than ever during the ongoing Covid pandemic. Our many years of experience in the corporate world and property letting means we understand how to implement all necessary Health and Safety legislation. This includes the regular inspection and maintenance of our properties to ensure they continue to meet Health and Safety requirements. Fire alarms are tested monthly.

Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy requires guests to give notice at least 14 days in advance of the booking start date. However, we appreciate that at the moment plans can be subject to change at very short notice. Therefore, we have reduced the cancellation notice period for bookings made directly with us to 5 days. If you cancel at least 5 days in advance of your booking start date, you will receive a full refund.
