How can I book?You can book online or contact us directly via phone, email, text or WhatsApp. A friendly member of our staff will take you through step by step of our booking process.

Can I make a group booking?Yes, of course! Please call us on 01733 711223 or email info@YourLettingsUK.com with your booking request.

What is your cancellation policy?Booking directly with us: From the booking date until 6 days before the check-in, there is no cancellation penalty. Booking made on other booking portals (e.g. Airbnb): Cancellation terms vary based on the specific booking portal used. Please carefully review the terms before finalising your booking.

Do you charge VAT?No, we don’t charge VAT to our guests.

Do you accept pets?We may be able to accommodate pets in some of our properties. Please contact us with your specific requirements, and we will do our best to find a suitable option for you.

How do I check in?All our accommodation are self check-in. 1 day prior to your arrival, we will send you self check in instructions via email / text / WhatsApp.

Do I need to bring my own towels and toiletries?We provide towels and linen and they are changed once a week. Bathroom toiletries including shampoo, shower gel and toilet rolls are also provided.

Can I view your Serviced Accommodation before making a reservation?Yes, if the property is available, we can arrange a viewing. If the accommodation is currently unoccupied, we can offer an in-person viewing or a video call tour. Please contact us in advance to check availability.

Will my accommodation be cleaned and how often?Yes! For stays longer than 7 days, we provide weekly or bi-weekly cleaning, depending on our agreement. Once your booking is confirmed, we will coordinate with you to arrange the most convenient day and time for our cleaning team to visit.
