No, we don’t charge VAT to our guests.
No, we don’t accept pets in our accommodation.
All our accommodation are self check-in. 1 day prior to your arrival, we will send you self check in instructions via email / text / WhatsApp.
We provide towels and linen and they are changed once a week. Bathroom toiletries including shampoo, shower gel and toilet rolls are also provided.
If you would like to view our Serviced Accommodation prior to booking, please contact us to check if this is available. If the house is empty, we can arrange a viewing either face to face (depending on the government guidelines) or over the video call.
If you stay longer than 7 days, we offer weekly cleaning. Once the booking is made, we will communicate with you and arrange the best day/time to send our cleaning team.
